Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, role, and school name. Student Data: Names, roll numbers, class, section, and academic marks you enter. Usage Data: Browser type, pages visited, and feature usage for improving our service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data to provide, maintain, and improve our services; send transactional emails; respond to support requests; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Data Security

We use Google Firebase (ISO 27001 certified) for data storage and authentication. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit using TLS 1.2+. Firestore security rules ensure your school's data is isolated from other schools.

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. On deletion, all personal data is removed within 30 days. Free-tier calculator data stored in localStorage is stored only on your device.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication sessions. We also use Google Analytics and Google AdSense cookies for analytics and advertising. You can opt out via your browser settings.

6. Third-Party Services

We use: Google Firebase (authentication, database, storage), Google Analytics (usage analytics), Google AdSense (advertising), Razorpay (payments). Each has its own privacy policy.

7. Children's Privacy

Our service is intended for educators (adults 18+). Student data entered by teachers is processed only for educational reporting purposes. We do not create accounts for students.
