By creating an account or using our free calculator, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. Service Description

Smart Academic Report Builder provides tools for creating, managing, and generating student academic report cards. Features vary by subscription plan.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to upload harmful content, to attempt unauthorized access, or to violate any applicable Indian laws.

5. Subscription and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Payments processed via Razorpay. No refunds after 7 days. Plans auto-renew unless cancelled.

6. Data Ownership

You own all student data you upload. We do not claim ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to process it to provide the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided "as is." We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or damages exceeding your subscription fees paid in the last 3 months.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
